We ordered a pizza salad a Mexican bottle Coke, which is really nice. The place is very clean and the food is delicious.
Downtown Summerlin has so much to offer but tried this pizza place tonight. Quick and friendly service and my pizza was great!
I like that this place offers vegan and gluten free crust. I usually get a pepperoni, sausage, onion and peppers. I tried pizza this time with Vegan cheese, since I have that at home. Vegan cheese melts differently then regular cheese. So it was different, I did like it though. Price is normal for gluten free pizza, little pricey but that's gluten free life. Good stuff :)
Back home in Jersey, we have a similar restaurant called Blaze Pizza, but it definitely pales in comparison to Pieology. I love chipotle-style restaurants and Pieology is just that. Since it was my first time, I decided to order a set pie - barbecue chicken on thin crust. This was baked to perfection. I loved coming here with friends and ordering our own pizzas to share.
